White Night Vol.1 (2022)
This generative art project is named after my photography project White Night, which explores special images of trees through black and white inversion. I attempt to generate similar images by code in an animated way using p5.js. The project was launched on fxHash in August 2022 with 288 editions.
The growing part of the branches follows the algorithm of The Foresting Tree, and uses different color palettes to simulate several photography process techniques, such as sepia, cyanotype, split toning, etc.
